This type of luggage tag was named as Budget Travel magazine's best pick for luggage return

New York magazine Budget Travel put the tracing service to the test alongside other baggage identifying services. Luggage was labelled using the tags then deliberately 'lost' by each of the testers, by being left in aeroplane overhead lockers in various locations. Based on Budget Travel's findings they selected this type of luggage tag as their top choice.

With the knowledge that 3,000 bags are lost every hour of every day it is little wonder that lost luggage represents one of the greatest concerns for the modern traveller. When the airline check-in tag is missing, has been damaged or has expired (with barcodes being recycled on a continuous basis) baggage handlers often have only a physical description of the mishandled bag to aid identification.

We have our own exclusive lifetime luggage tag which ensures your bag can quickly and easily be identified with immediate notification that your bag has been found.

Each tag has its own barcode with its own unique number, so that when your luggage is lost, the finder enters the details of the code into our system, and then we send you a text message and an email to tell you the location of the bag.

So no need to write your name and address on an old fashioned luggage tag, which could allow someone at the airport to see you are away for a few days. Our barcode system allows you to remain anonymous at the airport, but easily found if your luggage is misplaced.

UK delivery will be made usually within 2 - 4 working days.

We do accept American Express payments, and this can be done over the telephone with our sales team.

Please note when placing an order you might prefer to select a work address rather than a residential one as our couriers generally deliver between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

Shipping is currently FREE for orders over £75.00 until the end of December 2013 to UK mainland addresses. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden extras!

Shipping is either by courier for items with a purchase price of £75 or more and larger items on a next day service. A signature will be required with our courier service. Other items will be sent by Royal Mail first class.

Customers from Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of White and Isle of Man will have a 2 – 3 day standard delivery service by courier.

European and International delivery costs. Please call for shipping costs. Please allow up to 7 days for EC deliveries and up to 10 days for International deliveries.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 24 hours of receiving the order.

We will also deliver worldwide, and are happy to provide you with a quote.

Delivery of Gifts

We can deliver the goods as a present without an invoice, and send the invoice directly to the customer who ordered, rather than the recipient. Gift wrapping will cost extra. Please email us on with the relevant details.


Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our on-line sales website. Please return your item(s) unused and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send returned items via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The Luggage and Bag Shop cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required along with your details. Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We regret postage and packaging cannot be refunded. We can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for payment.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty. We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
