Delivery & Returns

Any orders placed after 23rd December at 12 noon will be delivered week commencing 5th January 2015.

Please note: We are closed from the 24th December 2014- 5th January 2015.

Shipping Countries & Costs

UK delivery will be made usually within 2 - 4 working days.

We do accept American Express, please telephone our sales team to discuss.

Please note when placing an order you might prefer to select a work address rather than a residential one as our couriers generally deliver between 9:00am and 6:00pm.

Shipping is currently FREE until the end of December 2014 to UK mainland addresses for orders over £75.00. The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden extras!

Shipping is either with the Royal Mail first class or by courier for items with a purchase price of £100 or more or larger items on a next day service. A signature will be required with our courier service.

Customers from Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of White and Isle of Man will have a 2 – 3 day standard delivery service by courier.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

We will ship anywhere in the world. If your country is not included in our standard delivery addresses, please contact us for shipment costs.

Please allow up to 7 days for EC deliveries and up to 10 days for International deliveries.

We aim to dispatch all goods within 36 hours of receiving the order.

Delivery of Gifts

We can deliver the goods as a present without an invoice, and send the invoice directly to the customer who ordered, rather than the recipient. Gift wrapping will cost extra. Please email us on info@theluggageandbagshop.co.uk with the relevant details.

You can pay for products by credit card over the phone.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Should you wish to exchange or return any items you may have purchased from our on-line sales website. Please return your item(s) unused and in an unmarked condition within 14 days, enclosing a copy of your invoice to:

Please send returned items via a guaranteed delivery service, such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. The Luggage and Bag Shop cannot be held liable for any goods lost in transit to us.

Please state whether an exchange or refund is required along with your details.

Once your goods are accepted back into stock you will be issued with an exchange or refund. We can only refund the credit or debit card originally used for payment.

Please note that we are unable to accept the return of goods in person to our office address.

We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. You will be responsible for the postage fees to return the goods unless the item is faulty.

We cannot accept liability for an item lost or damaged in transit. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
